2. Open a new blank google document and title it ‘The News’.

3. Copy and paste ‘Activity 5’ onto the new document.

4. Fill in your name and book title.

5. Complete activity 5 by filling in the ‘character comparison chart’.

6. Once you have completed activity 5, put it onto your blog.

11th august 1967 Johnny,a hero,desperately tried to save his friend, who was forced into the water and held down by five socs gang, he was left with no option but to use his switchblade, he described the night as “The worst night of his life”, even though he saved his best friend from almost drowning to death, johnny quots that it was one of the hardest decisions to make, thinking about the consequences, and whether Ponyboy lives or night. Johnny and ponyboy disappeared out of site for 6 days and made the hard decision of bringing themselves back to the hospital.
